Our Mental Health Pillar focuses on empowering communities with the facts about Drugs and Alcohol. Wrong information is flooding our communities through the media, peer to peer interaction and each communities perception of Drug and Alcohol use. Community Health Matters teaches the facts about Drug and Alcohols harmful effects to the body but also the negative effects that drug use has on your family, your social group, ones self esteem, ones ability to get and keep a job and the effects it has on your financial health. Drugs and Alcohol also effects our communities crime rates and the safety of every community member. We believe that honesty, respect,
relationship building and healthy communication are the foundation of a Healthy Community.
