PHYSICAL HEALTH

Our Physical Health Pillar focuses on teaching life skills to prevent chronic disease before it starts.. We focus on the needs of each individual community and educate everyone on the importance of healthy eating and physical activity.  We also teach lifelong wellness activities and practices so that EVERY community is living its healthiest life through knowledge of:

 

 - Reproductive Health

 - Puberty and Hygiene

 

 - Nutrition

 

 - Fitness

 

 - Life Long Wellness Activities
